Ground Rules for Contractors who Hire-In plant

• Never allow plant to be collected other than at an agreed date and time
• By any driver who is unable to provide proof of identity and copies of the hire documents
• Never leave plant on site to be collected out of working hours or when site is unattended
• You are responsible for loss or damage until it is collected unless owner fails to collect within 7 days of off-hire
• If plant is stolen, employees who do not follow these company rules need to provide a written explanation as to why not.
