Does a CESAR sticker make any difference?
A plant security article appeared recently on the Hire Association Europe website telling of a Kubota KX Series Mini Digger that went missing. The article says PANIU reported a Kubota recovered with ID markings removed.
The question is -
Do you own this machine & would a CESAR sticker have made any difference?
