Kosran is led by Professor Thomas J. Brazil BE., PhD. M.I.E.E.E., CTO, of the Electronic & Electrical Engineering Department of University College Dublin, Ireland. Professor Brazil has been extensively engaged as a Consultant in a number of areas of science policy, both nationally and on behalf of the European Union. This has included the evaluation and review of major European collaborative research projects in the areas of Automative Electronics (anti-collision radar, collision warning / collision detection...).
